3. AI Data Processing and Third-Party Sharing

To provide AI-powered analysis features, the app sends your photos, optional notes, and other input to third-party AI platforms — including Replicate, Fal, Google, and OpenAI — for processing. We ask for your consent in the app before this data is shared. By using the analysis feature, you agree to share this data with these platforms so your request can be processed.

These third-party providers process your data solely to perform the requested analysis and are contractually required to provide protections equal to or greater than those described in this policy. They may handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them for more information on how your data is handled.

Your data is stored securely using Firebase and Google Cloud services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Public Content

Meals submitted with public visibility may appear in the community gallery on our website and in the app, along with the AI-generated analysis. Meals are not linked to your personal identity in the public gallery.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you have an account, deleting it removes your associated personal information from our active systems.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
